Therapy for Working Moms

Motherhood and careers can co-exist! The shift in priorities and commitment to your career after having children can be jarring, leaving many of us feeling guilty or conflicted when we find ourselves secretly relishing the chance to be at the office and "take a break" from the nonstop responsibilities of motherhood. The things that used to define us professionally may no longer feel like the right fit and the person we were before kids doesn't always fit seamlessly into our new roles and responsibilities at home.  Let’s navigate this crazy journey together so you can thrive in both your career and motherhood journeys.

Virtually or In-Office

As a working mom myself, I know the challenges, struggles and demands of balancing career and family. The pervasive working mom guilt, the stress of coordinating childcare, and the pressure to be the perfect employee and the perfect parent can be utterly exhausting. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for you to process your emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and find the support you need to thrive in all areas of your life. We can meet in my office or virtually so creating personal time can better fit your schedule.
